Two Crows
Once upon a time on a wet may day there were two hungry crows sitting on the branch of a tall maple tree. Since it had just rained recently there was a fat worm squirming on the sidewalk. The first crow swooped down and just as he was about to eat the tasty treat a cat pounced on him and gobbled him up. After the satisfied cat walked away the second crow swooped down and ate up the worm. Then he said, “You know what they say, the early bird gets the worm but the second mouse gets the cheese”.
