The Teacher Who Inspired My Passion
My senior year of high school, I moved schools. I joined choir just for the fun of it. I knew I liked singing, and people had told me I was good at it. Right before school started, I met up with the choir director, Ms. Pamela Elam, to audition for the varsity choir. Every day since then, she has inspired me to be the best I could be with my musical abilities. In the fall, I will be going to college, where I will major in music education. I am only one of many of Ms. Elam’s students to follow this career path. She will be retiring at the end of this school year, but her legacy at this school will live on forever.
