Educator of the Year
Mr. Johnson is one interesting journalism educator. He has done so much for this class and students. He isn’t just a journalism teacher, he also teaches English. Mr. Johnson has taught his student how to be successful. He also taught his students how to work as a team. Mr.Johnson wants the best for us in our future. Mr. Johnson has very high standards for us, he wishes one day we could all graduate, not just from high school but from college. He pushed us through the hard work we have all completed such as a photojournalism project, the newspapers we have finished as a group and the scholarships he want us to get. “I wish someone would have taught me how to do this when I was your age,” Mr. Johnson said. He loves his job as a Journalism and English teacher. Not only that, he is also the freshman basketball coach for MacArthur 9th grade center. Mr./Coach Johnson is a magnificent person. He is the type of person that would make you want to go to class. Mr. Johnson deserves to be the educator of the year.
