Interview with #1 Bestselling Author ‘Marc Reklau’
I am honored to have been able to interview the #1 Bestselling author of the endlessly inspiring self-help tips and tricks book '30 Days' (part of the change your life, change your habits series.) In our interview, I asked him many questions from gratefulness to the impacts of COVID-19 on his life and the lives of others.
One of the main insights I received from this interview is that it isn't possible to be happy all year long, so let yourself feel what you want to feel. Sometimes feeling sad when you need to is a much better way of letting your emotions achieve a certain balance again than putting on a fake, plastic smile.
He used the clouds and the rain as a memorable example. When the cloud needs to 'become dry and relieved' again, it needs to rain. If it doesn't, then the clouds become darker and darker until the rain pours down uncontrollably!
