Humans of Parsippany
“Let go and let God because everything in life happens for a reason. I honestly feel like I have everything I have ever wanted. I have my family, I have a roof over my head, I have my faith in God. I feel blessed to to be raised by my amazing parents. I feel like I had a great childhood, they really instilled great values into me at a very young age that I do carry on to my children and that's to always have my drive, have my faith, and to treat others kind. I had to mature and really get my priorities straight because I had my first child at a younger age but I was already a nurse. Becoming a nurse at a younger age was a lot of dedication and sacrifice. Life is too short to stress the small things. I feel like to enjoy every second of life I have to stay positive because I have everything I have ever wanted: a roof over my head, my faith, and my family.”

This is an original piece I wrote after I interviewed my mother for an assignment for school.
