how to run
“Running Isn’t as easy as it seems”, said Olivia Kucharski, a Junior on the Arrowhead high school track team. If you are trying to run faster or can’t run long distances that much, some simple steps can really improve your running distance and or run faster. FIrst you have to make sure you stretch a lot as it allows the heart rate to gradually decrease and return to normal.
Olivia has been running forthree years as she stretches before every race. The most Important tip she got other than stretching is to hydrate your body before every run. It reduces the risk of heat stress, maintains normal body function, and maintains performance levels.
. While running you have to make sure you don’t breath rapidly and keep calm while running. Taking deeper, slower breaths will deliver more oxygen to the muscles than short, shallow breaths, as you're taking in more air and expending less energy.
In conclusion you have to make sure you do these important steps while running as it can have some risk that can occur as your body temperature and heart rate may rise.
