Do you know hwo i am?

im so alone my thoughts lost in my head. always lieing and never wanting to. but then again i do because if i were to stop youll find out who i truely am the person always feeling nothing but pretending that i am. my life so lost and then you come from out of the blue and i dont know what to do it seems as though you can read my thoughts and you probably really can so i hide away and yet you find me again and all i want to ask is what do you want and do you know who i am?
