One Haunted Raven
It is the only one that watches me. I'm the only one who knows why. One haunted raven with haunting eyes and a jagged beak like mine. One who does not exist but haunts here. One horrific reason replaced by the shadows. From my room, I can hear him, but Duff just curls and doesn’t plea for things.
It’s laugher is ferocious. It flies viciously around my head. It soars up and plummets down and taunt the pits between my hollow eyes and it devours my ears with jagged beak and never releases its hate. This is how it frights.
Let one relinquish its reason for remaining, it would caw like a warrior in battle cry, alone discomfort awaits. Caw, caw, caw it beacon's my slumber. It’s silence.
When I am too gaunt and too petty to fight fighting, when I am but agony against so many feathers, when it is I who gnaws at the raven. When there is only corruption left look on this rib. One who spasmed only to plea and plea.
