Honestly, I wasn’t the biggest fan of our winter storm. I loved the first day when we had snow because I hadn’t seen snow in a really long time, but once it got worse and more dangerous, it became a burden. We could not go anywhere or do anything. It was like I was trapped. Whenever I tried to walk outside I would just slip and fall. We also ran out of a lot of our daily foods that we needed in order to survive. For about a day we lost our power, but we never lost our water. That was a bright side to our very interesting week. One day my family and I tried to go to the supermarket, and our car started sliding all over the place. I honestly believed that we were going to crash and that we would all be seriously hurt, but thank goodness nothing bad happened. My mom managed to keep the car as under control as she could, she brought us home slowly but safely though, and we never left the house again.
