Pasta the Point of No Return

It is easy to be obviously unkind, but it’s truly difficult to SEEM helpful while simultaneously pulling someone's strings. Nothing bothers my brother more than chaos and I found the perfect way to exploit this. We had decided to make ravioli for dinner one night and in an attempt to anger him, I decided to throw a variety of random ingredients into the pasta. With each ingredient I added, my brother’s face more and more tomato red. The construction looked like vomit and my brother looked furious. In a haste, he ran to the fridge, grabbed the carton of eggs, and began chucking them into my face. We had pizza that night.

I am a freshman in high school and North Hollywood High, Los Angeles, California. I wrote this short story and my teacher suggested I submit it here. It is about an experience I had when I was 9 years old when my brother and I decided to make ravioli for dinner and it got a little out of hand.
