A Good Writer
To be a good writer, you don't need to read books. You don't need to write everyday. You don't need to spend every second of your life writing or thinking about what to write. You don't have to have perfect grammar or punctuation. You don't have to have a large vocabulary. You don't need to use complex metaphors and similes. You don't need to allude to every piece of famous literature that you know. You don't need to describe every single little detail that you think of. You don't need to be vague or extra clear. You don't need to be witty or clever.
To be a good writer, you must know the truth. You must write the truth. You must write what you know. You must write what you think. Write in any words or colors or pictures. Write it if it doesn't even make sense. Write what you are; write yourself.
"All you have to do is write one true sentence. Write the truest sentence that you know." - Ernest Hemingway
