Numbness

All I remember was feeling numb. Utterly numb, as if my whole body just shut off like a broken robot. I felt His cold icy hands slide up onto my shoulders and suddenly disappear just as soon as they came. I took in a breath as I heard Him say those three words. " I've found you..." He started to softly chuckle in my left ear, then all around me I could hear the haunting cackle. Of course, I was scared, I was mortified. I didn't know what was going on, but as soon as it all came, He left, without a single sound.
