Track and Field
A lot of people join the track team at the beginning of the season .Then as time goes on that number gets cut in half especially by the time league starts. I think this is mostly due to a lot of people not realizing the time and dedication it takes to do an event for track and field . Its hours of meticulous repetition on technique. As well as preparation; training five days a week, strength and conditioning, and getting in the right mindset . All for those 30 second races that feel to short for the amount of time you put into getting that mark . But I dont think anyone on the track team would take back a second of it . Through the hardwork comes joy because we all know what we're working towards and it gives you a sense of accomplishment . We all go through it together to become champions in the most intense sport , the sport we love , track.
