If I were the last person on Earth,
I would run naked through streets
Skateboard where I’m not allowed
Lie on the beach for hours
Dance and sing ‘cause there is no crowd
I would visit the Seven Wonders of the World
And try and find an eighth
Visit every haunted house
The scariest ones, where there’s no escape
I would try on the coolest clothes in Paris
Test the latest cars in Tokyo
Scuba dive in the Great Barrier
I would walk the world, you know
I would walk the red carpet in Hollywood
And hike the Chinese Great Wall
View the pyramids of Egypt
And swim in Niagara Falls
I would steal all the paint from an art store
And make myself a mural
And put it up on a platform
At the Metropolitan Museum of Art
I would paint the meaning of life
And how it should be portrayed
Girls and boys, hand-in-hand
All different colors, all from different lands
If I were the last person on Earth.
