Summary:

Zina had been overweight for as long as she can remember. Her parents, whom she refers to as "The Hippies" due to their eccentric way of life, don't see how upset Zina is with herself. She feels like no one understands her until she meets Nolan, a really cute guy who's had a past of his own.
