"I like Eating" too
I was actually camping when read "I like Eating" in last months Teen Ink. My two younger cousins were camping with me and had both brought a friend. I am older and try to be a role model but sometimes it is hard to be a role model to popular middle school cheerleaders no matter how many A honor roll certificates you have.
Reading "I like Eating" was like reading my own thoughts on paper. I related so well to this article that it could have been a biography of my own life.
I could relate to the weight, the eating, and the exercise problems mentioned in this article perfectly. I even have a friend that I talk weight loss strategies with.
I really just want to congratulate the author on a job well done. Now I know that I am not alone in my struggles. I was actually so excited after I read this article that I forced half of my family to read it.
Thank you so much for publishing that article and just so you know, I like eating too.
