Fun Valentine Date Ideas
Valentine’s Day for the lucky few with a boyfriend or girlfriend is a fun time to go out and show your appreciation for each other. Hartland, Wisconsin, is a small town, but if you look in the right place, there are some fun things you can do in the area.
Marcus Theaters are popular for dates. There are a few romantic movies coming out on Valentine’s Day. Going to see a movie maybe too plain for some people and you could always add a dinner before or after a movie. I think going to a movie is a bad idea if you’re on a first date, and if you don’t know each other well because it’s not a place you can talk and get to know each other.
Going bowling is also a fun Valentine’s date choice. Hartland Lanes is cheap and in the area. Bowling can be something you can do as a couples group. Going as a group could also come in handle because you can all pitch in to get some pizza and soda. It also gives you the opportunity to talk your boyfriend or girlfriend.
If you’re both interested in art and want to do something together the Milwaukee Art Museum is a good choice. It’s a quite place for both of you to talk and share your art interests. It offers a variety of paintings, artifacts and sculptures to look at.
There are a lot of restaurant with fun deals on Valentine’s Day. Qdoba will provide you with a free entrée with a purchase of a queso entrée if you share a kiss with someone. At McDonalds, if you buy one Big Mac, you can get the second one for the temperature of the day before. Pizza places like Papa John’s making heart shaped pizzas for $20 dollars or less.
Staying in and having a movie night could also be a nice way to spend time with each other. Red box is offering a free one night movie rental for Valentine’s Day only, it also comes with a virtual card.
