This picture was a result of perfect timing, or rather lucky timing. I was on a dock with some very friendly pelicans, some of which tried to bite me. All that was worth it, though to get this shot.

I'll have to disagree. Pelicans are the devil incarnate to all fishermen! They get way to close to my catches and bait, and they are mean! That hooked bill doesn't help. However much I may despise the pelican, this picture will still look great.
