I took this picture in Galveston, TX after a hurricane had past through and done some real damage. To tell you the truth i can't remember if i PhotoShop'd it... if so not much at all... it was really dark and humid that day.

If I my wonderful father had actually not procrastinated and bought ink for the printer before it ran out, I would so print this.

How'd you take this? Is it PhotoShop'd or was it an actuality?
