Fade
It was just another day with a big smile on my face
She leans for my arm and shoots the liquid without a trace
I feel my blood course through my body
with all hopes it won't become a hobby
I feel the light fading away
Thr nurse rushes in screaming my name

The poem is about someone dealing with health issues (cancer) who constantly hides his pain with a smile each time he visits the hospital. He hopes that visiting the hospital won't become such a common thing. One day he is in the hospital and suddenly feels everyhting collapsing as the light fades from his sight right when the nurse rushes in to find him already dying.
