Just that One Girl
I’m the one girl who fantasizes about romance.
The girl that will love you from a far and you’ll never even know she did.
I’m the one that wants to grow up and marry you.
I’m the one who wants you, but I’m also the girl that no one notices.
The girl that no one knows exist, or knows her name.
I’m the girl that takes up space in the hallway from someone important.
I’m the girl that you walk past every day.
The one you see and never give a second thought about.
You never turn your head when you see me, or think “wow she’s so pretty.”
I’m the one girl who fantasizes about romance, but can’t seem to find it in real life.
I’m the girl that creates a love story in her head, even though you barely know her.
I’m the girl that dreams about you every night.
The one that prays you’ll notice her.
I’m the girl that wants you, but you want the girl that everyone wants.
You want Her.
How could I blame you?
I can’t.
She’s so pretty that she turns heads.
She’s so pretty everyone knows her.
She’s so pretty and she wants you.
You’re so handsome and you want Her.
How could I blame you?
I’m just the girl who fantasizes about romance.
I’m just the girl that wants you.
