What If?
What if everything wasn’t meant to happen for a reason?
What if the things we’ve left behind were, in reality, the missing parts…
the things we didn’t think we needed…
but what we needed most of all
What if the past was the present?
lives filled with excitement… beaming for the future...
yet the future filled with nothing...
and everything in that moment made you regret even having that one singular thought for just a single second
What if the missing pieces were there… right in front of your eyes?
...so impossible to see under a microscope but easily visible by someone even 1,000 miles away
What if the stars were stripes?
identified with no shape or defined figure...
but with power and unity
What if there were no what if’s?
the questionable mysteries within each individual…no longer there...
every answer given yet no set-out adventure
For all the what if’s there comes and goes a guess
but that guess matches no single answer...
and that single answer in not one person…
Will ever be reachable… as the world holds no path
Yet as people continue to ponder, you might ask
“What if there is no single answer?”
