titanic poem
April 14th, cold as can be
Everything seems calm and peaceful at sea
Cruising slowly along, making there way
Pillows are where passenger's heads lay
A voice from the watchtower shouts from above
Look out for there is a giant ice shove
The captain scrambles and tries to steer the boat
He realizes that soon it will not be afloat
The ice peirces the ship's armor with ease
Rushing water flows in at 28 degrees
People start to scurry and people start to panic
For the sea will take this ship to the bottom of the Atlantic
Women and children will only survive
The boats starts to tip and does a nose dive
The great big ship sinks into the Atlantic
Many are lost and go down with the Titanic
