Soapy trails run down my arms
How I wish I could wash away what they’ve done
Soapy trails run down my legs
How I wish I culd wash away where they’ve been
Soapy trails cover my face
How I wish I could wash away the pain
Soapy trails run down my back
And mingle with the tears on the bathroom floor
How I wish I could wash away the trails of my life
Like I wash away the trails on my body
