What is Love?

Love isn't great,
love is worse.
Love is everything that hurts.
When you lie awake,
it cuts you deep.
Still it slices as you sleep.
With heartache pain,
you cry at night.
Cry of sorrow, and of fright.
You've lost your way,
you've lost your soul.
You've lost the thing that makes you whole.
And years later,
still you'll cry.
Still you'll feel as if you'll die.
But be thankful
for what you had,
even though it hurt so bad.
Through all the pain
that you feel,
at least you know that it was real.

wow i never thought that niether myself nor anyone ells could sum up the best and worst years of my life and yet you have and yet even more unbelievable to me you did it with both at the same time in the same poem. you did a great job and im looking forward to seeing your next piece.
