Left Me Wondering
So, you want me to be your Barbie do you?
Something you can play with and then throw askew
Well then here’s a wakeup call
I’m way too good to be your little doll
I deserve to be loved and cared for
Not looked past and ignored
It’s not okay to play with emotions
And leave my aching heart with so many questions
You hurt me so bad to the core
But I walked away from you a different person than before
I must admit your little game was quite clever
Did you think I would realize your plan before or after?
You pretend to be the good guy
Then all the sudden here I am, wondering why
Wondering what happened
Wondering how you could pick her over me
Wondering how I didn’t see through you
Wondering how I ever was so stupid to believe in us
