The place I dreamed with
Last night I dreamed with home
A faraway place right now, 6.637km
It was not the same thought.
I saw brighter colors everywhere
Music sounded in the background
My favorite song, Gossip
I was eating my favorite food
Sushi from the restaurant near my home
Hello, Bonjour, Hola, Kaixo
People kept speaking to me
My family is with me now
I missed them
My friends are also here
I keep laughing with them.
That's the place I left
But it was not the same
It looks better now
Should I go back there?

I'm from Spain, but I came to the US at the beginning of school year to study. This poem is about how I miss my home and my family, and how my hometown looks better now that I'm not there.
