Overshadowed Improvement
A new stalk within me started to grow
A horde of pecks starts to introduce cracks
Those bad habits that follow me like crows
Inspiration and effort start to flow
My brain starting to create more new tracks
A new stalk within me started to grow
The shadow’s doubt and malice start to show
Their thorny vines uproot and plan attacks
Those bad habits that follow me like crows
In tarnished soil, I begin to sow
I nourish the seeds behind turned backs
A new stalk within me started to grow
The menacing poison clouds start to blow
Accumulating dozens within packs
Those bad habits that follow me like crows
Afterwards, damaged light bulbs grow aglow
Even though perseverance starts to lacks
A new stalk within me started to grow
Those bad habits that follow me like crows
