It has been
Quite sometime
Since I last
Made a rhyme.
I miss her so
Very much;
Her kisses and
Her gentle touch
My love for her
Grows everyday.
Everything she does,
Every single way
On occasion
I start to think
Worry that our
Ship will sink.
I'm not sure why
This crosses my mind
It very nearly
Crosses the line.
She is the most patient;
I'm the most lucky;
I play my games,
It must feel mucky
I hate making
Her think
That we are
A weak link
I love her
And won't ever stop;
The pyramid of my life:
She sits atop
My mind is like
A broken record;
Playing of its
Own accord
But I like the
Way that feels;
To me she has
That much appeal
The thought of her never
Ceases to sing;
About my head it
Eternally rings
Once again,
I love her true;
All of her:
Through and through
