Don't Quit On Time
Am I still breathing?
‘Cause sometimes I forget to
And are we still here?
‘Cause sometimes I forget
As we trudge on
Time draws nearer to the end of time itself
When you want it to fly by
It stops to take a rest
And when you need it to slow down
It speeds up
When you catch up
You might not feel like you can stop a take a breath
But I’ve heard slow and steady wins the race
You know if you keep moving you’ll find the finish
‘Cause once you start the race
If you don’t finish
You can’t be replaced
