Crimes of Nothing
How I wish the sun,
would shine upon my face,
again.
I wish,
I dream,
of all endless possibilities.
Of which I forgot,
ignored.
I wish,
I dream,
of no reprimands.
My mistake,
my fault.
I wish,
I dream,
for all pains to end.
Bid to this new life,
so dark,
so eerie.
I wish,
I dream,
For lesser shadows cast upon
my face,
my blood.
I wish.
I dream.
Oh, tied to this contract,
of foul,
of bitterness.
That which, I fed,
beyond recognition,
realisation.
I wish,
I dream,
to rid this place of wrong.
As it holds me forever,
toujours.
I wish,
I dream,
of the the birds, the trees and the rain.
I wish.
I dream.
However, will the sun ever,
shine upon my face again?
