Seasons MAG

   The year begins in January.

The days are short and cold.

The snow piles high and all I think is, I can't wait until February.

So February begins and the days are short and cold.

The snow is still piling high and all I can think is, I can't wait until March.

March arrives cold and dreary, occasionally giving us false hopes of spring.

I think to myself, I can't wait until April.

April is here with its rain and wind.

I think to myself, What is that? A patch of green sprouting out of the ground? I can't wait

until May.

It's now May.

The days are sunny and beginning to get warm.

I think to myself, I can't wait until June.

June is here and school is out.

The days are long and cheery. I am now ready for fireworks and barbecues.

I think to myself, I can't wait until July.

It's July and the pools are open.

I love to lay out in the sun.

Surprisingly there is no rush for August.

September rolls around and students prepare for school.

The days are still long and sunny.

I begin to think to myself, When will October come with its brightly colored leaves? I can't

wait.

October has come. The leaves are red and orange, yellow and brown.

I think to myself, I can't wait until November.

Turkey and stuffing are on the table. The first day of Christmas shopping has begun.

I think to myself, When will December come?

December comes and the snow begins to fall again.

Christmas passes along with the New Year.

I think to myself, I can't believe it is already January.
