The Moment
November 22, 2009
This is life in the moment,
it’s the heart in action,
it’s a rose-and-a-thorn;
it’s pain and pleasure at once.
It’s a storm that suddenly
appears with no clouds around,
and the sound of thunder
and, leaning out the screen
door, we reveal emotions
that once were hidden
and express feelings, the feelings
made apparent by this passing.
