To Write LOVE On Her Arms MAG
Laughing on the outside, crying on the inside
Too angry and afraid to let them see her
good side
She could be okay, saved from any harm
If only there was someone
to write LOVE on her arms.
Joking on the outside, slipping on the inside
Too tough and cool to let them see his
soft side
He could be okay, regain his boyish charm
If only there was someone
to write LOVE on his arms.
Webbed scars on the outside, torture on
the inside
Too lost and lonely for them to see their
true side
They could all be okay –
They wouldn't have to go far –
If only there was someone
to write LOVE on their arms.
Tonight we join hands, loved inside
and outside
Eyes closed, hearts open, each other as
our guides
We'll all be okay, together as we are
Because now we write LOVE
PEACE
JOY
HOPE
NEW
FREE
on our arms.
