Say Goodbye
That little girl in the window,
Smile on her face, a little pink bow.
The world from her eyes is perfect,
He hopes the truth, she'll never know.
Grown up now, and full of regret,
That wrong path won't let her forget.
The tears are flowing more each day,
They've tried so hard, there's nothing left.
They take her hand, no words they say,
All she does is push them away.
Her problem is growing quickly,
This is over, she won't obey.
Her eyes have opened, she can see.
This road has ended painfully.
The shame is gone, now they are free.
The shame is gone, now they are free.
