Ashes of a Tower
A plundering of ashes, spread across the ground,
Coming from the sky, like snowflakes from a cloud.
Children looking up in disbelief and aww,
as the towers that once stood there, are no where to be found.
The bodies around all shielded beneath the piles
The terrorists that came against us, they laugh
as we watch and pray in all the sorrow.
As the years pass and pass, people move on from the disaster,
I can not stand to know, that maybe theres no happily ever after.
I pray for those who lost loved ones, and the ones who lost there lives,
I hope God can save us from what we've been deprived.
