Favorite Quote:
"Now a soft kiss
Aye, by that kiss
I vow an endless bliss."
-John Keats, Endymion

Keats transcended life
and found Love.

-grew wings and got high
only to crystallize and fall
like a snowflake in the sky,
whisp'ing one last deaf call

that "within the white rain
were not twins of tear drops
but to each its own pain."

A decrescendo to Death,
the heart's forsaken Hell.

The author's comments:
I wrote this at an abandoned lake where two weeks prior I had swing danced with the girl of my quite literal dreams under a full moon. Unfortunately much like the lake at the time, our relationship had somewhat frozen over by this point, and inspired this poem.
