Paint Your Love
I’ll paint my mood in shades of blue,
I’ll paint my sole to be with you,
I’ll sketch your lips in shaded tones,
I’ll draw your mouth like my own,
I’ll draw your hands around my waist,
I have all doubt I shall erase,
I’ll paint the rain that softly lands on the crescents of your hands,
I’ll trace my hand to wipe you tears,
A calming look to quell your fears,
A silhouette of the dark and light,
As we hold each other tight,
I’ll paint the sun to warm your heart,
In hoping that we’ll never part,
Drawing light in you eyes,
I’ll draw a streaking touch of grace,
To show the gentleness of your face,
I’ll trace your hand to hold mine,
A touching kiss to tell the time,
I’ll draw the years all passing by,
So much to learn so much to try,
I’ll paint how I feel,
Try to make you completely real,
I’ll use a brush so light and fine,
To make you close to make you mine,
And with this ring our life’s shall start,
In hoping that we’ll never part,
I offer love you cannot buy,
Devote to love until we die.
