The Mend
What do you do when she who broke your heart,
Is the only one who can mend it, And the more you you look for someone else,
The more you can't defend it,
What do you do when all you do at night is cry,
And you don't really know the reason why,
Is it because you miss seeing her face,
Or maybe it's because,
You miss her sweet embrace,
Either way it goes,
Your heart truly knows,
You might never get her back,
For in all reality she is in the past,
And yet you're frozen in place,
Because everywhere you go you see her face,
You just want her out of your mind,
Just so you might find,
A place where the hurt will cease,
But i guess that is why it's called heartbreak,
For your heart is never again at peace
