MY QUESTION
Do you know that feeling you get?
The one when you know that the world really doesn't give a s***?
They close their eyes, ignoring the rest.
The sun still shines,
The notes still play,
But there you are, on the deathbed, in decay.
Will they still remember?
Will they still care?
Death came with its tight embrace,
Taking your youth, leaving us in pain.
How can the light still be?
How can we go on?
Your light was taken from the world,
That small bliss now forever gone.
Why do people still laugh?
Still think the world is good?
Don't they know your gone?
The world hasn't enveloped in darkness,
But maybe it should.
