The Flame
The flame may flicker but does not go out.
As long as it burns there is hope for those in doubt,
But if that light was ever to fell.
It would begin a deadly spell.
Which none can escape.
With there hearts filled with anger and hate.
The flame is a hope for all who are lost,
But for them to be found there is always a cost.
They must drown there anger with rivers of love.
So that they may take flight and sore like a dove,
But with there hearts filled with all that anger and hate.
They will find they can't fly for hate is the heaviest of weights.
