Time Machine
It seems as though life suddenly changed.
And i wish everything was normal again.
I wish I could go back to the innocence of childhood
Where nothing mattered and I lived for the moment.
When playgrounds and puppy dogs were the only thing on my mind.
And trust me baby
If time machines were real,
I'd be stuck in the past.
Never wanting to find my way home
So i wouldn't have to deal with you .
I'd be happy again, living for me and no one else.
Never trying to please the world or you or anyone else.
I'd be myself again.
So when that time machine comes
Someone give me and call
And I'll be gone
Never giving a second thought to what I left behind.
