War is a time of danger
The outline of reality fades
Innocent people die
Guess its time to learn the trick of the trade
Fathers,daughters,sons,moms
The make the perilous march to war
Us cheering them on with pom-poms
As they plunge into the depths of hell
Their fates are uncertain
They might live or die
The children live in fear at home
Knowing their family may never be complete
