A Tree House Tune

I’m planning to construct a tree house
It’s going to be ten stories tall.
Gonna be sparkling, as bright as the sun.
It’s gonna be clean, maybe a bathroom stall.
There’s going to be electric and plumbing
It is decked out with the coolest supplies.
I'll put scopes inside, to see people coming.
Formal attire is strict. Don’t forget ties.
There’s gonna be a high tech password,
I’m’ installing some retractable stairs.
The house is going to be enormous.
It will be festive enough for Christmas.
