Mirror, Mirror
Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Who was the girl that I once saw?
Her eyes were empty but full of thought.
Her lips were parted but words not sought.
She stared and searched in her own reflection,
Past the surface and past her complection.
Each time she stood in front of you,
She paused the same way and hesitated too.
She’s not the same girl that I now see,
Who stands in front of you and me.
