Do not come often.
One goes from day to day,
mindlessly
But ever so often,
One is bewitched by feeling.
Marooned on an island of truth,
In a sea of emotion.
The cave we all hide in is stripped away,
Leaving us naked,
In this new outlandish world,
To fend for ourselves,
alone
