The People I Call My Best Friends
The People I Call My Best Friends
Beat them up and bury them,
But you can’t live without them.
For days you refuse to speak to them
But you have to know where they are.
Nothing’s ever their fault
It’s always yours.
As tears shed,
They come then leave.
They don’t understand,
Isolation,
Compassion,
Best Friends,
Sisters.
How can you hate them,
When they can bury you,
Without a second glance.
