I change the channel,
I see our soldiers dying in Iraq.
I change it quickly,
I see people shaking hands,
Acting like the world is perfect.
I change the channel,
Diseases are spreading,
And kids are dying.
There is no remote control to help,
Because the president controls it.
People today are controlled by this remote,
Doing everything he says and wants.
We don’t have a say on what channel this T.V stays on,
No opinion no option.
Our world as we no it is falling apart,
So from here on end,
Power off.
