MLK had a dream
An American Dream
One that has a theme
Black people were being discriminated against
Also forced to do labor as slaves
If they didn’t do so
There were consequences to pay
Like getting the whip
Being starved
Or flat out murdered
MLK dreamed about full black freedom
And all be treated equal
White and black
He died for this cause
Many years after his death his dream was answered
No more discriminating
No more slave labor
His American Dream came true
