Sand Glass
Too much sand has fallen from our hour glass
Seems like time is flying by so fast
We can't forget, we have come so far
Every waking moment is spent in some relation to you
Can't stop staring into your blue waterfall eyes
Thinking of the moment of which dread follows
To whom will I confine if this were to happen?
There is no one I would wish to confine to but you.
Reopening hearts, making them reluctant
The day that the word goodbye will be spoken with sobs
Is the one in which old habits will become new again
Habits that are not taken kindly of
So when the sand is gone
We can't flip the glass over
That is rewinding time, which is impossible
